The Law of Attraction and Quantum Physics

Posted by AndrewR on Sunday, November 7th, 2010

The Law of Attraction teaches that we attract into our lives whatever we focus on. Quantum Physics teaches that nothing is fixed, that there are no limitations, that everything is vibrating Energy. By understanding that everything is Energy in a state of potential and by applying the Law of Attraction to bring into our lives what we focus on, it is never necessary to feel stuck with an undesirable life.

We are Creators of the Universe. The classical physics of Newton takes a material perspective in which the Universe is composed of discrete building blocks, solid and unchangeable. Quantum physics takes a spiritual perspective in which there are no separate parts, in which everything is fluid and always changing.

The physical world is a sea of Energy constantly flashing into and out of existence. It is through our thoughts that we transform this ever-changing Energy into observable reality. Therefore, we can create our reality with our thoughts. With quantum physics, science is leaving behind the notion that human beings are powerless victims and moving toward an understanding that we are fully empowered creators of our lives and of our world.

With Newton, we were insignificant cogs in the Universal Machinery.
With quantum physics, we are Creators of the Universe.

Everything is Energy. Einstein’s 1905 formula E = mc2 explains the relationship between Energy and matter, i.e., that Energy and matter are interchangeable – that, in reality, everything is Energy – dancing, fluid, ever-changing Energy.

This Energy is influenced by our thoughts. It is shapeable, formable, and moldable. As Creators, we shape, form and mold the Energy of the Universe through our thoughts. We transform the Energy of our thoughts into the Energy of our reality.

The Physics of Possibility. The popular movie, What the Bleep Do We Know!?, clarifies that quantum physics is the physics of possibility. We have been conditioned to believe that the external world is more real than the internal world. Quantum physics says just the opposite. It says that what’s happening on the inside determines what’s happening on the outside. It says that our world is shaped by our thoughts.

Since nothing is fixed and everything is in a state of potential, everything is possible. As we understand that everything is possible, and as we focus our thoughts on what we want to attract, we can literally call into existence whatever we desire.

My ten-year old neighbor loves the expression – “It could happen!” He probably doesn’t know much about the physics of possibility, but he practices it with his great attitude. He reminds me to entertain possibility. He reminds me that nothing is impossible.

Dreams into Reality. The Universe exists as infinite potential in infinite abundance. As we focus our thoughts, we have the power to bring our desires into existence, our dreams into reality. As we focus our thoughts, we have the power to be and do and have whatever we desire.

Basic Meditation Techniques Build a Strong Foundation

Posted by AndrewR on Sunday, November 7th, 2010

In this technique, you will focus on your breath to develop an unconscious connection so the positive feelings of relaxation, peace and well-being will be established within you and you’ll be capable of retrieving these feeling whenever you wish. Do not rush this process or hold unrealistic expectations of fast results. It takes time to train your mind to exercise basic control of your thoughts before you can direct the mind toward specific intentions.

Level 1:
The first stage of meditation is actually a technique in concentration. Once relaxed, focus on your breath for a few minutes. After you find yourself completely relaxed and at ease, focus on the sounds around you. Try not to form thoughts about the sounds but rather just listen and let your mind flow around and through the sounds without clarification or judgment. Do this exercise for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, releasing your attention to the sounds and focusing on your breath as you begin to be more aware of your body.

Repeat this exercise until you can easily follow known sounds, expected sounds and unexpected sounds with the same calm, focused attention. You might start with a favorite, calming or soothing piece of music. Next, once you have mastered the known sound concentration technique, you might focus on a classical piece of music you are not too familiar with. When you feel comfortable with being able to follow this piece of music without trailing off into uncontrolled thought, you are ready to move to the final sound exercise.

The final sound focus will be on unusual sounds, such Whale Songs, or Songs of the Wolves or digital sounds. When you are able to follow sounds without your mind wandering regardless of the source, you are ready for Level 2. Level 2 may take you several weeks of practice before you are able to stay focused for 15 to 20 minutes without your mind wandering. Give yourself the time. Remember, learning to control your thoughts through this concentration exercise is like building up a new muscle.

Level 2:
The second level in this technique for improving your meditation skills focuses on your imagination and visualization abilities. After going through the relaxation process and placing yourself in a comfortable position, focus on your breath for a few minutes until you are completely relaxed and centered. You are now going to create a scene in your mind of your favorite place. This favorite place may exist in reality or only in your mind. Take the time to carefully build a detailed image of this place where you can feel the air, hear the sounds, and be aware of the smells surrounding you as you place yourself in the center of this favorite place. Spend time in this place over and over in meditation until you can quickly and clearly call upon this imagery whenever you want. Along with the image will come all the feelings of well-being, joy, peace and happiness that associate to your favorite place.

Level 3:
The third level of meditation skill development focuses on a structured thought such as a favorite saying or aphorism. There are many to choose from. Use one that generates exploratory thought processes for you. Unlike previous exercises, you are now going to let your thoughts flow. Follow these thoughts through imagery, feelings and awareness until you know that you have absorbed the meaning of this aphorism thoroughly. What will surprise you is the depth and breadth of understanding an even simple saying can produce.

Using these techniques will open you to a world of thought management, directional focus and a deeper understanding of self and acceptance of others. By focusing on the breath as you develop your meditation and concentration skills, you will begin to unconsciously associate these peaceful and relaxed feelings with the control of your breath. Then when you are faced with a stressful situation, you can call up these feelings by simply slowing your breath and consciously relaxing your muscles. Using this technique, relaxation and feelings of well-being will always be available when you need it.

Mindful Meditation

Posted by AndrewR on Sunday, November 7th, 2010

Mindful Meditation and the Law of Attraction should go hand in hand. Although you do not have to meditate for the Law of Attraction to work, it can be very beneficial. Meditation like many other things has gotten a bad rap in the recent past. It got all rolled up in the “New Age” ball of wax. So most people won’t even attempt it. God tells us in the Old Testament to meditate. Jesus tells us in the New Testament to meditate. If it were not beneficial, why would we be told to do it.

The simple truth is: Meditation is not new age, it has been around for centuries. It is simply a means of quieting the mind, centering the self, and changing your mental position. In todays world, we are so busy working, taking care of our families and running from place to place, we never take the time to stop and center ourselves. We have so much to do, we don’t focus on what we are currently doing, we are thinking of what we have to do next. We do not give our full attention to any one thing. If we can forget everything else and calmly focus on one thing at a time, we are so much more productive.

The Law of attraction works on the premise that you draw to yourselves the thing that you need or think of the most. If you think you are broke, you are going to continue to be broke. If you think you are sick, you are going to continue to be sick. If you are in a bad relationship, it is going to continue to be bad. When you finally tell yourself you deserve better, you will get better. You can have or do anything once you believe that you can and do deserve it, it just takes a mental shift.

Therefore meditate to clear the mind, quiet the mind and prepare the mind. Sit up straight, lengthen and straighten the spine, engage your abdominal muscles, close your eyes, take a deep breath, now do a mental mind dump. As you exhale, let go of any negative thought or emotion that you are dealing with at this moment. Take another deep breath and exhale all negative comments spoken to you today. Do this for two or three breaths. Next begin to relax each part of your body. Take a deep breath and as you exhale tell yourself that all tension is leaving your body. Once you have completely let go of all negative, and relaxed your body, it is time for meditation. You can meditate on scripture, positive affirmations, or you can open your mind to universal mind. As long as you are not trying to solve any problems, you are pretty much open here. Give yourself at least 15 minutes to begin with. You may find that you can meditate longer, if so give yourself liberty to do so.

If you have a need, or a problem you are trying to solve, say it out loud. Then allow your subconscious time to work. Just as it knows how much oxygen to send to the various parts of your body, it knows just what is necessary to solve your problem. It works best when there are no distractions such as worry and negativity. So state your problem, but don’t try to fix it. After meditation, don’t be surprised if the solution to your problem just comes to you suddenly. That is the Law of Attraction in operation.

ANTs: Automatic Negative Thoughts

Posted by AndrewR on Sunday, November 7th, 2010

(1) Overgeneralisation: Coming to a general conclusion based on a single event
or one piece of evidence. If something bad happens once, you expect it to
happen again and again. Such thoughts often include the words “always”
and “never”.
E.g. I forgot to finish that project on time. I never do things right.
He didn’t want to go out with me. I’ll always be lonely.
(2) Filtering (Selective Abstraction): Concentrating on the negatives while
ignoring the positives. Ignoring important information that contradicts your
(negative) view of the situation.
E.g. I know he [my boss] said most of my submission was great but he also
said there were a number of mistakes that had to be corrected…he must
think I’m really hopeless.
(3) All or Nothing Thinking (Dichotomous Reasoning): Thinking in black and white
terms (e.g., things are right or wrong, good or bad). A tendency to view
things at the extremes with no middle ground.
E.g. I made so many mistakes. If I can’t do it perfectly I might as well not
bother. I won’t be able to get all of this done, so I may as well not start it.
This job is so bad…there’s nothing good about it at all.
(4) Personalising: Taking responsibility for something that’s not your fault. Thinking
that what people say or do is some kind of reaction to you, or is in some way
related to you.
E.g. John’s in a terrible mood. It must have been something I did.
It’s obvious she doesn’t like me, otherwise she would’ve said hello.
(5) Catastrophising: Overestimating the chances of disaster. Expecting
something unbearable or intolerable to happen.
E.g. I’m going to make a fool of myself and people will laugh at me.
What if I haven’t turned the iron off and the house burns down.
If I don’t perform well, I’ll get the sack.
www.thehappinessinstitute.com
(6) Emotional Reasoning: Mistaking feelings for facts. Negative things you feel
about yourself are held to be true because they feel true.
E.g. I feel like a failure, therefore I am a failure.
I feel ugly, therefore I must be ugly.
I feel hopeless, therefore my situation must be hopeless.
(7) Mind Reading: Making assumptions about other people’s thoughts, feelings
and behaviours without checking the evidence.
E.g. John’s talking to Molly so he must like her more than me.
I could tell he thought I was stupid in the interview.
(8) Fortune Telling Error: Anticipating an outcome and assuming your prediction is
an established fact. These negative expectations can be self-fulfilling:
predicting what we would do on the basis of past behaviour may prevent the
possibility of change.
E.g. I’ve always been like this; I’ll never be able to change.
It’s not going to work out so there’s not much point even trying.
This relationship is sure to fail.
(9) Should Statements: Using “should”, “ought”, or “must” statements can set up
unrealistic expectations of yourself and others. It involves operating by rigid
rules and not allowing for flexibility.
E.g. I shouldn’t get angry.
People should be nice to me all the time.
(10) Magnification/Minimisation: A tendency to exaggerate the importance of
negative information or experiences, while trivialising or reducing the
significance of positive information or experiences.
E.g. He noticed I spilled something on my shirt. I know he said he will go
out with me again, but I bet he doesn’t call.
Supporting my friend when her mother died still doesn’t make up for that
time I got angry at her last year.

Law of Attraction and Quantum Physics

Posted by AndrewR on Sunday, November 7th, 2010

According to The Holographic Universe by the late Michael Talbot; University of London physicist David Bohm, a protégé of Einstein and one of the world’s most respected quantum physicists, has admitted in private conversation to believing the Universe is all “thought” and reality exist only in what we think.

In The Dancing Wu Li Masters, Mr. Zukav goes on to say; “…The implications of quantum mechanics are psychedelic, not only do we influence our reality, but, in some degree, we actually create it.”

In The Secret DVD; Quantum Physicist, Award winning author, Dr. Fred Alan Wolf states; “I’m not talking…from the point of view of wishful thinking or imaginary craziness. I’m talking…from a deeper, basic understanding….Quantum physics says…you can’t have a Universe without mind entering into it…mind is actually shaping the very thing that is being perceived.”

Although it should be noted that this is just one interpretation of the evidence and isn’t the conclusion of all physicists, the compelling evidence still exists that the only time electrons and other “quanta” (plural of quantum) manifest as particles is when they are being observed by someone. Otherwise, they behave as waves.

Michael Talbot used the analogy of a bowling ball in The holographic Universe; “This is as strange as owning a bowling ball that traces a single line down the lane while you are watching it, but leaves a wave pattern every time you blink your eyes.”

And Biologist/Scientist Lyall Watson, who has had years of firsthand experience of “miraculous” occurrences, states; “I have no doubt that reality is in a very large part a construct of the imagination….I think we have the capacity to change the world around us in quite fundamental ways.”

Okay, so there is some mainstream scientific support for the LOA theory. Are we the only Oprah culture touting the Law of Attraction? What about other cultures or religions, can it be found there as well?

Hawaiian shaman, or Kahunas, believe thoughts are things composed of a subtle energetic substance they call kino mea or “shadowy body stuff.” This does not vanish after it leaves the mind, rather, it turns into thought forms that are used by the high self to create our future. Thus, Kahunas consider it extremely important for people to take time out and think about their lives and visualize in concrete terms what they wished to happen to themselves because in doing so, people can consciously make their own future.

Twelfth Century Persian Sufis believed in the importance of visualization to create or alter one’s destiny. They called the energy matter of thought “alam almithal.” For them, control of the heart chakra, or himma, along with visualization, was needed to steer the course of one’s fate.

Tibetan tantric mystics referred to the “stuff” of thoughts as tsal and asserted that every mental action produced waves of tsal. They believed the entire Universe is a product of the mind. (much like physicist David Bohm privately related to the late Michael Talbot) Tantric yogis repeatedly used visualization exercises, or “sadhanas,” for their desired life creations.

It appears there is a wide range of disparate sources for the theory of LOA as well:

“As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.”
- Proverbs 23:7

“We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world.”
- Buddha

“All things in the world of nature are not controlled by fate for the soul has a principle of it’s own.”
- Iamblichus (4th century Greek philosopher.)

“As a man acts, so does he become. As a man’s desire is, so is his destiny.”
- the Hindu Brihadaranyaka Upanishad

“Therefore I say onto you, what things soever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”
- Mark 11:24

Some may say it is simply coincidence that the presence of the idea that we can create our own destiny is in so many different cultures and times. But, is a recurring coincidence still considered a coincidence? Or can this actually be an indication or sign that it is something we all intuitively know to be true?

When the late Michael Talbot placed this idea within the holographic reality paradigm of his book The Holographic Universe he concluded, as I do; “In a holographic universe - a universe in which the mind participates with reality…- the notion that we are also the sculptors of our own fate is not so far- fetched. It even seems probable.”

Quantum Physics

Law of Attraction — Believe It!

Those who are familiar with The Secret know that it has to do with something called the Law of Attraction (LOA), which very simply put is; Like attracts like, or What you think about, you bring about. Of the thousands of people who claim to have positively changed their lives via LOA, you will find those who state that it was already an “instinctive” knowledge prior to discovering it was actually a long held, yet little known, theory. And then of course, there are those who have had none of the aforementioned experiences. Does the Law of Attraction truly exist, or is it merely the power of suggestion and coincidence?

<script src=”http://digg.com/tools/diggthis.js” type=”text/javascript”></script>

There are varying explanations or circumstances for the diverse experiences of those exploring LOA; lack of belief, synchronicity, self-sabotage, coincidence, misperception, psychosomatic illness, serendipity, etc… Indeed, it is certainly much easier to accept one or all of the labels above, than to believe the “Universe” is actually being effected by one’s thoughts. Surely, commonsense leads us to believe otherwise. It all seemed like laughable science fiction nonsense to me, but Harvard University graduate Gary Zukav made it quite clear that quantum mechanical phenomenon (attributed to LOA) often contradicts commonsense.

In his American Book Award winning work: The Dancing Wu Li Masters, Mr. Zukav states; “Commonsense contradictions…are at the heart of the new physics…They tell us again and again that the world may not be what we think it is. It may be much, much more.” But how does this support the notion that we can influence our reality or the Universe, with our thoughts? So I began to dig a little and discovered that there is certainly more than anecdotal evidence to support such an outrageous claim.

The “digging” began when I ordered a certain book online and it came with a free gift book: Thought Vibration-The Secret of Success- Thought Force, a work of three books in one binding, by William Walker Atkinson published in 1906. This incident of serendipity provided my first true introduction to the effects of the mind and the first time I heard of the “Law of Thought Attraction”. But it was Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn that presented the Law of Attraction in a more casual writing style. The Power of Belief by Ray Dodd, also inspired me to continue my research into the possibility. And while I was still reading, The Secret of the Ages by Robert Collier, Oprah Winfrey galvanized every viewer into talking about The Secret, both the popular DVD and the book by Rhonda Byrne. At the time of this writing, Oprah is preparing for yet another segment on The Secret.

What is all the fuss about? Could there really be something to this idea or theory? It was great that there were people in the past who seemed so totally convinced as to the validity of LOA, they wrote books about it. Yet, because they passionately believe it, doesn’t necessarily make it so. Although some of the authors of the books mentioned above affirm it, I still wondered if there truly was any scientific basis or professional support for the theory of LOA.

The Law of Attraction in Action

Posted by AndrewR on Sunday, November 7th, 2010

The fact of the matter is, we do not ever get it done, and nor are we supposed to. We are creative beings. We are here to create always — in all ways! If it was “all done” we would have no reason to be here anymore.

So if the above statement is true, there is no sense in putting off happiness until… because there will never be an until. We will always be desiring more.

Now some people might consider this a conundrum. Such as a which is it? Should I just be happy with what I have or should I always strive to create more?

The answer to that is both! Be as happy as you can right now with what you have as well as look with excitement at the more you can create! It is simply a myth that says a happy, content person is an unmotivated one. In fact, if you look around you - you will find the opposite is true.

It is the happy, confident, satisfied people who can make a success of everything they touch. They are the ones with all of the friends and connections! They are the ones that have everything just fall into place almost effortlessly. They are the ones who don’t mind taking a new risk because they are the ones not basing their self worth on the failure or success of that risk. They are the ones who say cheerfully “Oh well, that didn’t work out, I’ll just give something else a shot!”

And this attitude of course brings us back to how the Law of Attraction really works. When you are on a positive vibrational level more good things come to you.

So stop waiting to be happy! Write down all the positives in your life right now. Spend your time appreciating every little thing. Start realizing that just because you are happy does not mean that you will not want to accomplish anything more. Realize it is just the opposite. Knowing that you don’t “need” more to be happy takes the pressure off. Knowing that you can be happy regardless of the circumstances makes any “goals” much less intimidating.

So enjoy high school now and appreciate all the new experiences; enjoy college and the fun of learning something new; enjoy your singleness and appreciate the freedom of being able to do whatever you want to do whenever you want, enjoy taking care of the very young ones and appreciate that all they need in this world to be happy is you, enjoy the ones who are growing older now and saying and doing the funniest things, enjoy the current job - do it to the best of your ability and enjoy the company of your coworkers as you work up the corporate ladder. You get the idea. Find all of the positives in every position you find yourself in while striving to create even better experiences.

One day when you look back, you will feel so much satisfaction knowing that you enjoyed every single minute of your journey, that there is not a spare minute for regrets.

Happy Creating!

The Law of Attraction in Action

Posted by AndrewR on Sunday, November 7th, 2010

I have learned a lot about the Law of Attraction over the years, and one of the most important lessons I learned was one of the hardest for me to put into practice. But once I did learn — it was a whole new world.

It is the lesson of simply feeling good now regardless of the circumstances. Not waiting until this was done first, or that was accomplished before I would allow myself to feel better.

There is a favorite quote of mine from Abraham-Hicks that simply says “You can never get it wrong and you can never get it done.” At first the last part may seem a little disheartening because unconsciously many of us believe that there is an invisible finish line somewhere, but if you think about it truly you will realize that one doesn’t exist.

Think back if you will and see if this sounds familiar to you:

1. As soon as I am done with high school and become an adult, then I will be happy.

2. As soon as I graduate college and start my new career than I will be happy.

3. As soon as I get that promotion, then I will be happy.

4. As soon as I meet the person of my dreams and get married, then I will be happy.

5. As soon as I have 2.5 children, then I will be happy.

6. As soon as my children are old enough to feed and clothe themselves, then I will be happy.

7. As soon as my children are old enough to move out of the house, then I will be happy.

8. As soon as I retire, then I will be happy.

According to the list above we will not allow ourselves to be happy until age 75! Not to mention that the list above is not even half of it. How about all those times you told yourself, as soon as I get that bonus check, lose those 10 extra pounds, get the construction finished on the house, etc.?

The fact of the matter is, we do not ever get it done, and nor are we supposed to. We are creative beings. We are here to create always — in all ways! If it was “all done” we would have no reason to be here anymore.

Happy Creating!

History of the Law of Attraction

Posted by AndrewR on Sunday, November 7th, 2010

The idea behind the Law of Attraction is not new. The most influential modern book on the subject in the English language is As a Man Thinketh by James Allen (1864 - 1912), which was published in 1902. The title derives from the ancient Jewish Book of Proverbs chapter 23 verse 7: “As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.” Allen took this ambiguous idea of a correspondence between “a man’s heart” and his existence to a logical extreme stating that, “The soul attracts that which it secretly harbors, that which it loves, and also that which it fears. It reaches the height of its cherished aspirations. It falls to the level of its unchastened desires — and circumstances are the means by which the soul receives its own.”

Although As a Man Thinketh does not contain the term “Law of Attraction” in so many words, it explains the principle clearly and its popularity demonstrably gave rise to a century of writings on the subject. It has remained in print in book form for more than 100 years. Variant editions of As a Man Thinketh in print during the 21st century include those published by Dover Books, Barnes and Noble. There are also audiobook and ebook editions; and at least three gender-switching spin-offs, each titled As a Woman Thinketh, which are by Gwendolyn Haynes (Million Words Publishing, 1997) , Dorothy J. Hulst, (Lushena Books, 2000, and Cindy Cashman (Action Publishing, 2007) respectively.

In America, Allen’s assertion that “the soul attracts” both that which it desires and that which it fears struck a resonant chord in the New Thought Movement. Working from Allen’s premise that one’s thoughts attract “circumstances” that affect one’s mental and physical situation in life, William Walker Atkinson (1862 - 1932) used the term ‘Law of Attraction’ to describe the phenomenon in his 1906 book Thought Vibration or the Law of Attraction in the Thought World . Atkinson was the editor of New Thought magazine, a student of Hinduism, and the author of more than 100 books on an assortment of religious, spiritual, and occult topics.

In the wake of Atkinson’s success, other New Thought authors very quickly wrote their own books promulgating the principle. For example, in 1907, just one year after Atkinson’s breakthrough was published, Elizabeth Towne, the editor of The Nautilus Magazine, a Journal of New Thought, published Bruce MacLelland’s book Prosperity Through Thought Force, in which he declared that “dwelling on any quality of mind adds that quality to you, whether it be helpful or injurious,” and also clearly set forth what was to become a classic New Thought epigram: “You are what you think, not what you think you are.” Around this time, the term “Law of Attraction” also appeared in the writings of the Theosophical authors William Quan Judge, in 1915, and Annie Besant, in 1919.

By the mid 20th century, writings on the subject had become common and dozens of authors had addressed the topic under various names, such as “Positive Thinking”, “Mental Science”, “Pragmatic Christianity”, “New Thought”, “Practical Metaphysics”, “Science of Mind”, and “Religious Science.” Among the mid 20th century authors who used the term were Sri K. Parvathi Kumar (1942) and Alice Bailey (1942).

In 2006, a film titled The Secret presented the “Law of Attraction” to a new generation and was soon after developed into a book by the same name. The movie and book sold at a tremendous pace and gained widespread attention across the media from Saturday Night Live to the Oprah Winfrey show in the United States. In September of the same year, Hay House published a book by Esther Hicks titled The Law Of Attraction, which reached the New York Times best-seller list. Twenty-first century Christian bestsellers such as The 4:8 Principle, Bruce Wilkinson’s The Prayer of Jabez, and Joe Osteens’s recent work present a similar message, although given an explicitly Christian terminology with tacit biblical support (such as Philippians 4:8 and the Prayer of Jabez in 1 Chronicles 4:9-10). As a direct result of the release of The Secret in 2006, full-time Law of Attraction practitioners and lecturers Beth and Lee McCain, who taught the concepts of the Law of Attraction at the university level at UCLA and Oxford, crossed over from academia to the more commercial world of talk radio and publishing when their book, A Grateful Life: Living the Law of Attraction became a bestseller and speaking engagements followed. Appearing on the August 18, 2007 broadcast of the Oprah and Friends XM radio show, Beth and Lee McCain credited their positive career path change to the Law of Attraction. On the same program professional skeptic James Randi rejected the McCains’ belief and instead said their recent career good fortune was nothing more than “being in the right place at the right time.”

Intuitive Insight and the Law of Attraction

Posted by AndrewR on Sunday, November 7th, 2010

How do you know the difference between your logical voice and your voice of intuition? Both are important while living on this earth but the voice that gives the most nudges toward our desires is the intuitive voice. The intuitive voice is that little persistent voice that seems to speak very quiet and calmly, over and over again. But as we all know, sometimes it gives us one little nudge versus many. That is when to be aware of that calm serene voice inside.

So why is it so hard to hear sometimes? In this busy world where mind chatter can rule the day, the mind almost gives up on hearing the little voice that matters so much in your life.

We all can relate to the logical voice. This voice warns us of danger. The logical voice sometimes even creates things to worry about that haven’t happened…just in case they do. Retraining your mental thoughts is the key. If you don’t have all that you desire right now, part of the reason is because you have a mental thought pattern that has been continually running a recording loop in your life. Change the mental pattern of thought and change your life. It’s funny how so many people who scoff at the LOA say how easy it is to just think that you can have it all with just your thoughts. Little do they know it takes quite a bit of retraining of your mind to focus on what you want and then continue to focus without thinking of your “don’t wants”.

This is when the intuitive voice comes in to play. It’s always there. By connecting to this voice you will be open to many opportunities and Law of Attraction knowledge that has always been there but you just didn’t hear. By finding and using your intuitive voice, you can see and hear everything you want to know to help you on your journey towards attaining all of your life’s desires. Tap into your intuitive mind and your path will be much easier within the Law of Attraction.

The intuitive mind is always right there waiting to help you out. Listen to it. Learn the difference between the voice of impending danger and the voice within. By finding a balance, you will be able to apply the Law of Attraction more effectively. These two voices can work together to build the life you desire through the Law of Attraction.
